can't say I didn't see this one coming. After viewing the gameplay footage shown at E3, the first thing I wondered was how the hell Bizarre were planning to have a smooth game with so much shit going on at once. Turns out they weren't planning it at all. Co-op will be limited to local play, which is personally fine by me because you're never going to get a serious high score when there's risk of lag online. As someone who plays Ikaruga, I can say that it's just not worth playing the game seriously over the internet since lag will eventually show its ugly face. Still, glad we've got some form of multiplayer at the end of the day.
